Political Dimensions Created, Separation Anxiety Commences
By Andy Alt / Mental Dimensions
Aug 27, 2008 – In order to better serve and disturb both my politically-minded and mentally ill-minded site visitors, I’ve created a new site, called Political Dimensions, which now resides at http://politicaldimensions.wordpress.com/. For a while it bothered me that articles I was violently placing onto Mental Dimensions swayed heavily toward the political spectrum, but to cease my bothersome, brainsome thoughts, I decided that Mental Dimensions would be a dimension where I simply posted whatever I had written. Yesterday, however, after my brain scans cleared up, I realized that separating my mentally formed words with my politically formed rhetoric would make it much easier for my site visitors to see what they expect when they drop by for an unannounced visit.
While I’m moving articles to and fro, updating links and things, you’ll likely feel light-headed, nauseous, have difficulty urinating or experience abnormal ejaculation. Please feel assured those symptoms aren’t side-effects of any medication, but are merely a temporary setback to sanity and stability. Regardless of my apathy toward emotion and compassion, I offer up an apology for any centrifusion or vomiting you may experience.
There is a link to Political Dimensions in the right column of this site, and a link back to Mental Dimension in the right column of Political Dimensions (I’m very benevolent to exchange links with myself, you see, and I only spent a few minutes negotiating and arguing about it with myself). The links are very easy to find unless you have been heavily medicated by a psychiatrist who has generously taken time — for $150 an hour — out of his busy schedule to diagnose and treat you after speaking with you for five of his busy minutes.
Sometimes when my brain stops working, I like to think. Obviously it was during my thinking phase of the day when I realized that separating one site into two might be a good idea. Despite my sporadic and accidental thinking, after my brain resumes its normal activity of racing one thought against another, the two sites will remain separate. If you have questions or comments, be ye not afraid to ask me. Asking yourself or talking to yourself may relieve stress, but often your one-sided conversation won’t provide you with a broad point of view.
