rmw-095 / ReMove to Waste

This is a revision to rmw v0.94

rmw is now hosted on SourceForge.net and in the utillnx category of the IFDC FileGate Project.

rmw stands for ReMove to Waste. This is a bash script that will move files to a Waste folder when using the rm command. rmw appends the time and date to directories it creates to prevent overwriting older files of the same name.
